The Medical Care for Children Partnership recognizes that our participating families face a variety of language and cultural barriers to receiving quality, comprehensive health care.
In partnership with Northern Virginia Family Service, MCCP provides multilingual case managers who work with MCCP families to link them with culturally appropriate medical care. Case managers make the appointments needed and work with families to help them better understand how to navigate our health care system. The case managers link families with community resources and services as needed.
